Design & Branding FAQs
My availability varies throughout the year, but I typically book projects 1-3 months in advance. To get an idea of my current availability, fill out the contact form and get in touch.
Turnaround times will vary due to the creative nature of the design process and the specs of the individual project, but I will provide a project-specific timeline before work begins (and before your deposit is requested).

Yes I do, but I only take on a handful of website projects a year, and I strongly recommend first going through one of my branding packages and having your website be an add-on at the end of the process. If you want more info, email me!
The branding process is a collaboration, and having you work with me is crucial to the success of your brand. I’ll be in touch on a weekly basis whether that’s through email or phone call, and ask for regular feedback to ensure you are always delighted with the end result.
My goal is for you to be involved and aware of each step of the process, but the majority of your homework is at the beginning of the project with answering the questionnaire and participating in a consultation call. The rest of the process is spend collaborating on options sent, refinements, color choices and final approval.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front before work begins, unless otherwise stated. The balance is due at project completion, before final files are delivered and/or website is launched.
Invoices are submitted through email and may be paid via Stripe, Paypal, or check.
My work hours are typically Monday – Thursday, 10 am – 3 pm EST (or whenever I can fit in my work, which sometimes is the wee hours of the morning). I try my best to respond to emails by the following business day. However, I work from home, am a mom of two, and a full-time homemaker — occasionally it might take me a bit longer to respond.
At the beginning of the design process, I do a consultation with you to make sure our styles are on the same page and we will be able to collaborate together to create your brand. When you purchase a package you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, so if you feel I am not creating the design and look that you wanted to achieve you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. This rarely happens and I do my best to make sure we are a perfect fit!
