I believe portrait pricing should be straightforward and transparent. Your session fee covers everything: from personalized location planning and shooting time to a complete gallery of final, hand-edited, high-resolution digital files with full print release. How it works

1. Request your date

Select an open date on the calendar above. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your custom booking link to complete the contract and pay the 50% retainer.

2. Design Your Session

Once you're on the calendar, we’ll nail down the vision! I’ll send over our Senior Style & Prep Guides to help select outfits. For vision and location planning, we can coordinate via email, a quick phone call, or even share a collaborative Pinterest Inspo Board.

3. Session Day & Delivery

Show up, relax, and have fun! Your full, hand-edited online gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks, complete with high-resolution file downloads, a print release, and direct access to order professional prints, graduation announcements, and holiday cards.

The Senior Referral Program

Word-of-mouth referrals are the highest compliment I can receive. As a thank-you for sharing your experience with incoming senior families, both you and your friends earn rewards when they book!

For You: A $50 print credit to use in your gallery store on prints, gallery wraps, or custom graduation announcements.

FAQs

What's included in my session fee?

Your fee covers pre-session planning, time on location, hand-editing of your images, and full access to download every high-resolution digital file in your final gallery with a print release. There are no hidden fees or required image purchases.

What are your payment terms and accepted forms of payment?

A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your session. Payments are processed securely online via credit card through your client portal (cash or check also accepted).

How do we pick a location?

Whether you want lush natural greenery, golden fields, or sleek urban brick and architecture, I’m happy to recommend vetted spots around the Indianapolis area that match your style.

What if it rains on our session date?

I monitor forecasts closely. If rain or severe weather threatens our shoot, we will coordinate to adjust our time slot slightly or move your session to a mutually agreed-upon rain date. (And don’t worry about overcast skies—clouds act as a soft, gorgeous natural light diffuser!)

When will we receive our final gallery?

Every image is meticulously color-corrected and hand-edited to ensure the highest quality. Your private online gallery will be delivered directly to your inbox within 2 to 3 weeks of your shoot date.

What level of image retouching is included?

Standard professional retouching is included with every image (stray hairs, temporary skin blemishes, light shine removal, tone, and color correction). Advanced manipulation such as background element removal or extensive alterations is available upon request for $25 per image.
